Return period
You have 7 days from receipt of your order to request a return. For EU customers, the 14-day legal withdrawal period remains applicable.

- Original packaging
Return procedure
- Send a return request to: contact@bwearn.com
- Wait for validation and instructions
- Ship the parcel to the address provided
- Refund is processed within 14 days after receipt and inspection of the item

Return shipping costs are borne by the customer, unless the return is due to an error by Bwearn.
Returns from the United Kingdom
Return shipping costs from the United Kingdom are borne by the customer.

Refund method
Refunds are issued using the same payment method as the original order, within 14 days after receipt and validation of the return.
Non-delivery
A refund may be granted if the parcel is not delivered after 45 days and the carrier confirms the loss.
