Return & Exchange Policy

We hope you love every piece from B.wearn, but we understand sometimes things don’t work out.

As per EU consumer rights laws, you have the right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days of receiving your order.

Return Conditions

To be eligible for a return:

• Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in their original condition and packaging

• You must notify us of your return within 14 calendar days of receiving the goods

• A proof of purchase is required (order confirmation or receipt)

How to Request a Return

Please contact us at contact@bwearn.com with your order number and reason for return. We’ll guide you through the process and provide the return address.

Return Shipping Costs

• If the product arrives damaged or defective, we’ll cover return shipping costs

• In all other cases, return shipping is the customer’s responsibility

Exchanges

We do not offer direct exchanges at this time. If you'd like to order a different size or color, please return your original item and place a new order.

💳 Refund Policy

Once we receive and inspect your return, you’ll receive an email confirming your refund status. If approved, a refund will be issued to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.

Additional Refund Info:

• Refunds may take time to reflect depending on your bank or payment provider

• We do not offer store credit at this time

• Shipping charges (if any were paid) are non-refundable unless the item was faulty
