Purpose

These Terms and Conditions govern the sale of women’s clothing by Bwearn through the website www.bwearn.com.

Products

Products are described as accurately as possible. Images are for illustration purposes only and are not contractual.

Prices

Prices are indicated in euros. VAT not applicable, article 293 B of the French Tax Code. Shipping fees are displayed before order confirmation.

Orders

Placing an order on Bwearn implies full acceptance of these Terms and Conditions.

Payment

Payments are processed securely via Shopify Payments, Stripe, PayPal or other methods available on the website.

Shipping

Shipping zones: France, European Union, United Kingdom, United States.

Estimated delivery times:
France: 5 to 10 business days
Europe: 5 to 10 business days
United Kingdom: 5 to 10 business days
United States: 5 to 10 business days

Products are shipped from international logistics partners (Europe, Asia, USA). Items from the same order may be shipped separately.

Customs: Orders shipped to the United Kingdom and the United States may be subject to customs duties, import taxes and carrier administrative fees. These costs are the customer’s responsibility.

Delays: Bwearn cannot be held liable for delays caused by carriers, customs, peak periods or external events (strikes, crises, etc.).

Right of withdrawal

For EU customers, a 14-day withdrawal period applies from the date of receipt of the order, in accordance with European consumer law.

Legal warranties

Customers benefit from legal warranties of conformity and against hidden defects, in accordance with applicable law.

Disputes

In case of dispute, an amicable solution will be sought first. Failing that, French courts shall have jurisdiction.
